Willi is our incredibly funny and energetic girl out of Holly Witzgall's "Ushi" and Lori Price's "Boo".  From the get-go, Willi has worked to earn the moniker "Craaaazy Willi" with her athletic grace, energy and spirit.  Willi has never met a dog she didn't love or get along with, and she embraces every day like it's just the best gift.

Willi was always an incredibly sound dog, with exceptional movement and breed type.  Although she does carry her tail a little higher than we'd like, what a fabulous, big fat tail it is!  Willi finished her championship easily and at two and half years of age, we did her health clearances in hopes that we might breed her.  Much to our surprise, she came back with a Grade 1 elbow -- a shock for a dog who dive bombs off 12 foot cliffs and never has taken an off-step in her life.  Off course, she had to come back with OFA Excellent hips...because that is just the way things work out.  After some additional vet consultations, we planned to resubmit elbow films again a few months later to the OFA, but then the best thing in the world happened.  Our friend Pat Runde, in Wisconsin, called and asked me if I would consider placing Willi with her!  Pat owns Willi's aunt, Peek, and Noka's brother, Chuao.  And ironically, Pat was supposed to get a puppy from Willi's litter but because there were only two pups in that litter, there wasn't one for her, which was hugely disappointing.  There isn't a better home on the planet, and because Pat does a lot of working activities with her Swissies, from obedience and agility to tracking, this home was truly tailor-made for Craaazy Willi!    In April 2012, Willi made her way out to WI and hasn't looked back a day since.  While we miss her sweet, loving character, we know this is where she was meant to be all along.
