MY GOOD PLUCK CHARM
Pluck is one half of a very special duo, residing here. Pluck and Spirt were the two females in Maybell's last litter, my "Memories of Moxie" litter which was named for their grandmother who passed away just as these girls were conceived. From the time they were 6 weeks old, I was torn over which girl to keep -- so I kept them both, to grow them up and decided later (so afraid I might keep the wrong girl). Well, at three years of age, both Pluck and Spirit are still here...and the things I loved about each of these girls has not changed a bit.
Pluck was the bigger of the two girls, with a gorgeous head that reminds me so much of her mother and grandmother. She also has beautiful breed type, rich pigment and conservative markings, along with a lovely plush, but not too-long coat. She also has a very strong rear, though I would wish for a slightly better front and chest if I could improve upon her.
What sealed the deal, however, is Pluck's awesome temperament. She is the sweetest, softest dog, with an incredibly kind and affectionate personality. It's no surprise that she is also an amazing mother. Pluck has free-whelped one litter to date, and we look forward to more exciting Pluck puppies down the road.
